BY MAIL: Completely fill out the registration form in the back of this brochure and mail with your payment of eithercheck or money order payable to-
“Shenendehowa CSD” and send to:

(There will be a $20 charge for returned checks)
REGISTRATION POLICIES:
· Any person 16 years and older is eligible to attend unless otherwise noted.
· If paying by check or money order, please make out a separate check or money order for each course and note the name of the course on the check/money order.
· Registrations are not confirmed and students will be notified in advance if a course is canceled.
· Out-of-district residents must pay an additional $10 for per course where indicated for most courses except for Driver Education and one-night courses.
· Book and supply fees are not included with the registration fees unless otherwise noted.
REFUNDS:
· Refunds will be given if the course is canceled by Community Education.
· Withdrawal prior to the meeting of the first class, a refund, less a $10 cancelation fee, will be given & notification of withdrawal must be received 5 days prior to the first meeting.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given after the course begins, for one-night courses and without 5 days notification of withdrawal prior to the first meeting.
CANCELATIONS:
If school is closed for the day, all evening activities, including Community Education classes, are NOT held. Please go to the homepage of the Shenendehowa CSD website at www.shenet.org first for current information; radio and TV announcements are other sources for cancelations.
