Step into the wacky world of Wonderland in this vibrant new retelling of a Disney classic!

July 7 - July 18, 2025  -  9:00am - 4:00pm - High School East

Performance:  July 18, 2025 at 3:30pm - High School East Auditorium - Camp concludes at 4:30 following performance


"The Junior Troupe" is Shenendehowa's summer musical theater camp for students entering or attending grades 6 -9.  "Juniors" will partake in all aspects of theater including acting, singing, dancing, set construction and costuming.  Students should arrive ready with a positive attitude and wiling to join in our safe, fun learning environment!  Junior camps are limited to 60 participants.

REFUND POLICY

  • For registration canceled from:

           3/14/25 - 4/30/25: Cancellation Fee is 15% of camp fee 

           5/1/25- 5/31/25:  Cancellation Fee is 25% of camp fee

           6/1/25 - 2 business days before start of camp: 
                        Cancellation Fee is 50% of camp fee

  •  NO REFUNDS will be given after the camp begins.
  • All refunds will be issued by check.

The Refund Policy applies as written, even if the camper is absent on any day or days a Camp is in session that the child is prevented from attending for medical reasons including, but not limited to, isolation or quarantine due to having contracted or been exposed to the Coronavirus, COVID-19, or other infectious disease.
 

 

Bring to Class:

Musical theater camp is offered from 9:00am - 4:00pm, with drop-off beginning at 8:30am.  It is located at Shenendehowa High School East.  All campers will audition on their first day of camp and begin rehearsals once the show is cast!  Each day, campers will prepare for their big performance, play theater games and participate in theater-related workshops.  Each two-week camp concludes with a performance at 3:30pm, on the last day of camp.  Parents are encouraged to attend the free performance.  The Musical Theater Camp is an encouraging and safe learning environment with lots of opportunities to grow and learn in the community of theater!

Students will need to bring the following items to camp:

  • Water/Drink

  • Snacks

  • Lunch

  • Sneaker/Dance Shoes

  • Pencil

  • Three ring binder
