ALL LEVELS GENTLE YOGA FOR BALANCE AND FLEXIBILITY - SESSION 2 "NEW"
Start your week off right! Join us for an all-levels yoga class designed to enhance balance and improve flexibility in a relaxed and supportive environment. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this class offers guided instruction tailored to all levels of flexibility and experience. Open to ages 16 and up, participants will leave feeling refreshed, centered and ready to take on the week ahead with ease!
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Yoga blocks and a fitness strap are optional, yet strongly encouraged. Limited to 25 participants.
