There are 7 major energy centers that run up-and-down the spine from the base of the spine, to the crown of the head. Learn how the Chakras affect every aspect of your being, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, and how when in balance, your inner healer is activated, and your body is better able to heal itself. The class will experience a Meditation designed to help open and clear the Chakras, to nourish the body to allow for the free flow of energy, and to feel good!
