ALL LEVELS YOGA SERIES - SESSION 2 - BALANCE & FLEXIBILITY
Join us for an all-levels yoga class designed to enhance balance and improve flexibility in a relaxed and supportive environment. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this class offers guided instruction tailored to all levels of flexibility and experience. Open to ages 16 , participants will leave feeling refreshed, centered and ready to take on the week with ease.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Two yoga blocks and a fitness strap are optional, yet strongly encouraged. Limited to 25 participants.
