ALL LEVELS YOGA SERIES - SESSION 2
Whether you are a seasoned Yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, join this all-level Yoga course, appropriate for beginners through experienced practitioners. This class offers students a playful, fun and motivating practice that will help you gain a stronger sense of body awareness and correct alignment. Flows are designed for all abilities and more advanced poses are taught in stages so everyone can grow and challenge themselves in a safe way, and at their own pace. All bodies and fitness levels, ages 16 and up are welcome. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Yoga blocks are strongly encouraged. Limited to 25 participants.
