CHARCUTERIE WITH T “NEW”
The basic cheese board has morphed into a culinary marvel! A beautiful Charcuterie board is a statement piece and a timesaver. You don’t need to be an expert food stylist to prepare one - really! In this class, taught by a registered dietitian, the art of Charcuterie boards will be covered. You will learn how to design one, as well as how to balance flavors, colors and nutrients. All food and supplies are provided by the instructor, and each participant will take home their beautifully crafted Charcuterie board! Limited to 10.
