Millions of Americans are downsizing and moving to smaller homes. Many older Americans have been in their homes for decades. This course will discuss how you can dispose of all of the items that you don’t need or want, and won’t be taking with you when you move. Topics will include : How to assess the value of items you own, Craig’s List, EBay, Facebook Marketplace, estate sales, giving things away, donating goods and the tax benefits involved.
