BEGINNING YOGA SERIES - SESSION 1
The Beginner series course is the perfect introduction to the practice of Yoga! Ideal for beginners or anyone who desires a more gentle and relaxed yoga class. Offered at a slower pace, our sessions focus on developing clear and safe alignment as you learn the basic yoga poses and improve your flexibility, balance and strength. Each session ends with relaxation to leave your mind and body feeling connected and refreshed. Modifications and variations to accommodate individual needs will be offered, ensuring everyone can participate fully and safely. All bodies and fitness levels 16 and up are welcome. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Yoga blocks are strongly encouraged. Limited to 25 participants.
