BEGINNER BELLY DANCE - For Fun And Fitness!
This Beginner Belly Dance Class involves both fun and fitness. Learn the art of Belly Dancing in a warm, welcoming environment. Belly Dancing is a fun way to tone and tighten your entire body. This class is a healthy and fun alternative to the traditional workout. Free your mind, body and soul while immersing yourself in this expressive dance.
The instructor, Margaret Bunkoff-Chevalier, has studied under Habiba, Serena and Lilya. She has performed in numerous dance shows and gigs of her own as a solo and group dancer using her own choreography, as well as performed in many shows that were hosted by other belly dancers.
Participants should wear something comfortable that they are able to stretch and move in, along with a water bottle. The instructor will supply hip scarves. Limited to 20.
